Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Wideframe, a service provided by Wideframe ("we", "our", or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the service.

Description of Service

Wideframe is an agentic video editing system that helps creators work at the level of intent rather than manual timeline operations. The service uses AI to autonomously execute video editing tasks based on user instructions.

User Accounts

To use Wideframe, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • All activities that occur under your account
  • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the service to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others
  • Upload or process content that is illegal, harmful, or offensive
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Interfere with or disrupt the service

Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of all content you upload to Wideframe. By using the service, you grant us a limited license to process your content solely to provide the service. We do not claim ownership of your content or use it for any purpose other than providing the service to you.

Payment and Billing

If you subscribe to a paid plan, you agree to pay all fees associated with your subscription. Fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis. You authorize us to charge your payment method for all fees incurred.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to the service until the end of your current billing period. Subscriptions are non-refundable. We do not provide refunds or credits for partial billing periods or unused service.

Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the service. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time with or without notice.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wideframe shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly. Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to the service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated terms on our website. Your continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Creative Agent Labs is a Delaware corporation.
